At Swanwick Hall School our priorities are simple: to enhance the life chances of the 1275 wonderful young people that attend our school. We do this by providing a very well taught and stimulating curriculum, with a wide range of enrichment opportunities within a well ordered and caring environment. We expect our students to attend school regularly, on time, in uniform and with the right equipment, ready to learn and engage with the opportunities that we provide for them. The evidence suggests that we are very successful at this, having consistently achieved record results at both GCSE and A Level for several years.

Work experience is a great way for our students to develop and understand employability skills and explore a particular interest through employment. Our students are given the opportunity to experience the workplace through an exciting work experience programme.
The Modern Languages Department is well established and is characterised by its commitment, enthusiasm and willingness to Language Teaching and Learning. We believe that all students can benefit from the study of a foreign language.
Drama is an exciting, creative and challenging subject allowing students to learn how to explore performance. We aim to help students develop skills in speaking, listening, presentation skills and developing confidence. Drama also helps develop empathy, enabling students to have an understanding for others.
I came to Swanwick Hall in Y7 and have continued through to my A-levels. At every stage, I have received amazing support and excellent opportunities to learn and develop. Thank you!
