Swanwick Hall School is a fully comprehensive and inclusive secondary school committed to enabling all young people within our local community to achieve their full potential in the broadest sense. We place children at the heart of our school and aim to provide them with the opportunities that will allow them to see and believe in their own potential in order to ensure success.
Working in partnership, we have high expectations of our students in terms of appearance, punctuality, behaviour, effort, attitude to work and contribution to the school community. In return, we provide opportunities, experiences, learning and qualifications, safety and security, self-esteem, a voice in the school and a sense of ownership and belonging.
We work closely with the feeder schools in our cluster to provide a coherent education from the age of 3 to 18 years – building on the strengths already developed in getting to know our prospective students before they join us. We believe in involving parents in their children’s education as much as possible, recognising that a strong partnership between our students, you as parents and our staff is the most effective way of achieving our shared aims.
Our school is a vibrant learning community and can be best appreciated through a visit. If you want to find out more please contact us to arrange a visit during the school day or pop along to our annual open evening in September.
