Religious Education (RE) and Personal, Social, Health and Citizenship Education (PSHCE) offers students the opportunity to learn about world religions, ethics and politics of the UK and around the world and personal, social and mental health. Students will be given the skills to develop into good citizens. There will be a focus on managing money, the importance of work and aspirations.
All students in our school access a PSHE programme that is designed to allow them time to consider the areas of personal, social, health and economic reality. The programme is taught by form tutors for one period a week. The topics covered come under three categories;
All of the topics are covered at an age appropriate level and are taught through case studies and with lots of discussion.
