Our catering company, Mellors, would like feedback from students and parents about their current catering facilities and menus and any ideas on what they would like to see on their menus in the future (subject to meeting nutritional guidelines). To complete the survey click on the link here
Students have been allocated either the Main Hall or Dining Room for their break and lunch – both areas have the same menu and a space to eat. The allocations and timings are;

Due to the current situation, the dining hall are running a reduced menu and these can be found below.
For students wishing to use the Dining Hall we operate a “cashless biometric fingerprint” system. Each student has an individual account which will need to be kept in credit by parent/carer. A recommended daily spending limit of £3.50 is applied to all students. If you wish to change this amount please advise the Dining Hall.
For students on free meal entitlement the value of their meal will go onto the individuals fingerprint each day. Students can also add money to their account via Parentpay, if the student exceeds the free meal value the extra amount will be deducted from the money credited to the account.
This system has been found to be extremely safe and has given many benefits, especially speeding up payments in the Dining Hall and reducing queuing. Money in the students’ accounts can only be spent in the school Dining Hall and balance statements are available from the Dining Hall on request.

For parents who don’t have access to the internet but still wish to pay by cash, you are able to request a Paypoint card for dining room accounts; these can then be taken into any convenience store or supermarket where the PayPoint logo is displayed to make payments. Again, please contact the school for more information.

1/3 Important message for parents – your child needs a face mask in school. From Monday 2nd November, students will be required to wear face masks in special areas. These spaces include corridors and dining hall queues.
